Oh God, hear my plea for Your Divine mercy and compassion as I recognize my sinfulness. Let Jesus’ all-encompassing and unconditional love overcome my selfishness that I can show the same to the people around me. Give me the humility necessary to love You and others as You love them despite situations and circumstances that are difficult to endure in my relationships that grate against the grain. Inflame me with Your grace to make this a real possibility.
